Contest & Prize Terms and Conditions

This contest runs from June 12 until June 28, 2026 at  12PM (midnight) Central Time. Five (5) grand prize winners will receive a meet & greet pass plus one (1) guest (+1). Ten (10) additional winners will receive an official merch package available for in-person pickup only at Fort Campbell on the day of the event. Merch prizes will not be mailed under any circumstances, and failure to collect in person results in automatic forfeiture. All winners will be notified via the email address submitted at entry on June 25, 2026. Grand prize winners (Meet & Greet) must confirm acceptance by June 27, 2026 for security reasons: no response by that date will result in immediate forfeiture of the prize with no exceptions. Merch winners will receive pickup instructions via email on the day of the event. All winners are solely responsible for monitoring their inbox.

 

Entry Requirements, Data Consent & Liability

Valid government-issued photo ID (Real ID, driver's license, or passport) is required for entry to the event site - no ID, no entry, no exceptions. This applies to winners and their guests. By entering this contest, you expressly consent to 8Track Entertainment collecting, storing, and using your personal data, and you agree to receive relevant marketing communications from 8Track Entertainment. 8Track Entertainment is not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered notifications, technical failures, or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this contest or attendance at the event. All decisions made by 8Track Entertainment are final and binding. You must be at least 18 years of age when entering the contest. These terms are non-negotiable and entry constitutes full acceptance.
